Organize A Conference

IAASSE conferences are happening because of a dedicated team of organizers that volunteer to run the event. Conference organizers are those who serve as chairs within the conference committees.

Most conferences need to start well in advance say minimum of 8 to 12 months before the conference date. As a host or organizer one needs to do some of the pre-planning like getting sponsorship, defining the technical program, preparing budget, negotiating with contracts/with vendors, and planning of registration. Most important is the planning of the technical program and preparing papers for publication. IAASSE provides support at all stages of the planning process, providing information, resources, service, and tools, or to answer questions.

If you are interested to be a conference organizer or to host a IAASSE technically & financially sponsored conference, IAASSE is here to help you with useful tools and valuable advice to help you make the most of your conference.

IAASSE includes conference proceedings in its digital library or in special issues of SCOPUS indexed journals that are consistent and widely accepted among the computer science, engineering community and society.

The conference proceedings are also available online through

SSRN's eLibrary provides 863,608 research papers from 397,831 researchers across 30 disciplines.

Springer is a leader in publishing Proceedings, with over 1000 titles available per year.
